What types of menus are offered at 1WS?
We offer both a tasting and an à la carte menu that are seasonally driven by our farm.
What is the difference between the chef’s counter and the bar?
Both are able to accommodate the tasting or ALC menu, The chef counter is on our third floor where you are able to watch the kitchen prepare dishes in front of you while the bar seats are located on the first floor and a more traditional bar experience.
Are the outdoor tables covered?
The outdoor tables are covered by an awning however they are not fully covered. If any inclement weather does arise we can not guarantee you will stay dry. We will reach out if any inclement weather is in the forecast.
Can we accommodate dietary allergies and aversions?

Can I change what menu I have once I arrive?
Absolutely! You are able to decide on which menu you would like to do once you arrive. We just ask that everyone in the party selects the same menu.
What is the difference between outdoor and patio tables?
There is no difference between outdoor and patio tables.
What is the dress code?
We don’t have a formal dress code, so feel free to wear whatever you’re comfortable in! Some guests choose to dress up, especially if they’re celebrating a special occasion, while others opt for a more casual look. It really depends on what feels right for you!
What is your corkage policy?
$75 per 750mL bottle, with a maximum of four bottles. After this any additional bottles will incur a Sommelier Fee.
Can you accommodate parties larger than 6?
For parties of 6 or more, this would be considered a large group reservation which has a food and beverage minimum spend of $2,500. You will get to choose from our different menu options: tasting, prix fixe or family style.
What is your reservation cancellation policy?
Please cancel your reservation 24 hours before to avoid being charged the cancellation fee.
Can I book a reservation on the tasting menu floor if I want to do the A la carte menu?
